Doesn’t work

I just download the app, I took me like 10 minutes to make my iPhone appear in the account, I had too remove it and add it couple times to the account, also if I go see the location of my iPhone I get error that is not connecting to the Prey server, I have my iphone with me and is working with LTE and wifi so it has connection, really bad I wish this app will work
