After setting up app on both iPhone and iPad, Im looking at the Preferences screen, with no option to do anything else. Cant see the list of devices in my account, or figure out how to report a device missing.
This question is not addressed in the Help provided. Cant get Tech Support unless you pay for an upgrade. Have to log in to GOOGLE to post a question in the App Forum.
