Ive been nothing but satisfied with Prey. All the features you need and the latest version looks great.

Great app used it once when I lost my phone in Vegas

I added this app on my iPhone and my MacBook Pro. One couldnt find the other while I was in the same room and network. Also, it bothers me to have an app with half chinese (or asian) and half english writings on my screen when using it. Will look for someting better...

Virtually no customer service. Registration had wrong phone and associated serial numbers. I have tried twice to engage customer support but no response. Too bad - looked like a good App :(

Amazing. We were able to get the MacBook Pro with the front camera picture. Bravo!

Great app.... But it demanded I make a review, and when I chose not to, it ceased all functionality by not reporting my phones location. I hope it starts working again after I submit this review.

It will not work on my iPad generation 1, keeps kicking me out of app

It does what it says it will do and stays out of the way the rest of the time.

Tried to log in on iPhone several times, .... NO LUCK AT ALL!!!!!

Not perfect, but cant understand why everyone wouldnt use this app.

This is an amazing app that can save you and your smart phone/device. I would recommend getting it so can always find your device the moment its gone

Downloaded it, and have been using it for about a week trying to get he "send message" to work, and I havent got a single one. App seems to only update location when I manually do it while logged into the app which completely defeats the purpose. App had all the permissions it asked for. Prey is great on PC/Mac but Apple devices dont seem to give the devs enough freedom to make it work on iOS

Dont expect anything thats advertised. All the good reviews have to be fake. Ive had this app for years, and kept waiting for it to be updated to something useful... Hasnt happened. All the app updates theyve done and i havent notice anything new at all. Like a said, useless app. Do not download this hoping it will help you in anyway at any point in time. Youll feel like a sucker.

I have used the Prey service for years now to protect my iPhone, iPad, and all of the laptops my family owns. Simply the best anti-theft software out there IMO.

Ive had Prey around for a few years. So far Ive never needed it and theres a pitfall where if you dont check that things are working properly after an upgrade, it could become silently disabled. Nevertheless, the feature set is excellent and if youve had expensive gear stolen (as I have), the prospect of snapping photos and getting your device back is encouraging.
